Niagara Village

is an up and coming housing development located in the Niagara Falls Region of Ontario. We were approached to head research and development with the goal to compile data on surrounding comparables in order to define a strategy for positioning in the market. This in turn set a clear path to develop all aspects of a style guide consisting of logos, swatches, fonts, graphics and imagery. These core components were then utilized to build out the identity for both web and print applications. The project is currently still in pre-construction but will soon be transitioning from Phase 1 into Phase 2 with new designs to share.
